Terms and Conditions

OUR CURRENT PRODUCTION TIME (time to make your item) for physical items, is 3-4 WEEKS (including weekends). All orders are then shipped USPS with tracking which can take anywhere from 2-10 days depending on where you are located and which option you select at checkout. 

Our shop hours are Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm central standard time. If you need to contact us after hours please feel free to send us message at sewstickydesigns@gmail.com. Please keep in mind we may not reply until our regular business hours, however, we do try to reply to messages within 24 hours.

All physical items are made to order, therefore, there will be no refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations. All sales are final. In the rare occasion that you receive your order and a mistake has been made on my part, you must notify me within 24 hours after your package is delivered, so that I can promptly correct the situation.

Each item is individually designed and handmade by me or my staff. If you see a style you like but need it in a different color, send us a message. I can change out any color, bows, straps, vinyl, shirt, etc. to make it perfect for you.

Digital downloads are automatically emailed to the email you used at checkout once your payment has processed.

Digital Design Downloads can be used in your handmade projects, be it for personal use or to gift to others. If you would like to use it for commercial use (making a profit from it) you MUST purchase the commercial license. 

Digital Design Downloads can NOT be mass produced or ALTERED in any way, even with a commercial license.

Distributing or reselling of any files is strictly prohibited, in any format.

Custom Digital Design Downloads are sent via email address within 24-48 hours after the purchase is completed and once you approve your mock up/proof.

Orders will still ship USPS 2-10 day depending on what you select at checkout, with a tracking number. I do not ship using overnight services. Not including weekends and Holidays. I ship orders Monday thru Friday. If you need an item sooner please contact me BEFORE purchasing so that I can make sure I am able to make and ship your purchase to you by the time you need it. PLEASE NOTE THIS MUST BE DONE BEFORE PURCHASING.

All purchases are shipped to the address that is provided to me at checkout. It is the Buyer's responsibility to ensure that the address is correct prior to purchasing.

Sew Sticky Designs accepts PayPal, Credit Cards, & Money Orders. I do not start orders until the money has cleared.

By purchasing your order and submitting your payment, you agree that you have read and understand my policies and full description of the item.

If for any reason you are not happy with Sew Sticky Designs, Please contact me before leaving negative feedback!! I am more than happy to assist you with questions and concerns. I try to respond to all messages as soon as possible, but sometimes it can take 24 hours to respond.

All items come from a smoke free home and are create with love! Due to the handmade nature of these items, each piece is unique and may vary slightly.
