Returns & Exchanges
All items are made to order, therefore, there will be no refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations. All sales are final. In the rare occasion that you receive your order and a mistake has been made on my part, you must notify me within 24 hours after your package is delivered, so that I can promptly correct the situation. If there is an error on my end the item must be returned before the new item will be sent out. *Any issue will be handled on a case by case basis. *Some exceptions may apply.
