Homemade Reese's Bars Recipe
1.5 cups of rice Krispies
1.5 cups of powdered sugar
1 cup of peanut butter
1.5 Sticks of melted butter
1.5 cups of chocolate chips (melted)
1/4 cup peanut butter (melt with choc)
In a food processor (or blender) grind up 1.5 cups of rice Krispies almost fine then add 1.5 cups of powdered sugar, 1 cup of peanut butter, and 1.5 sticks of melted butter and blend until smooth.
Then pour in an 8x8 pan (or pie pan) do not butter the pan.
Melt 1.5 cups of chocolate chips and 1/4 cup of peanut butter together in microwave safe dish for stir every 30 seconds until done.
Pour the melted chocolate peanut butter mixture on top of peanut butter mixture, smooth out, and place in fridge until firm. About 3 hours (Or freezer for an hour)
Cut and serve.
