This beautiful Cupcake Tutu Dress was designed using light pink, pink, light purple, turquoise and light yellow tulle with a pink crochet top. This dress is embellished with an oversized white flower. Picture shown is a size 5.
Each tutu dress is made with 4 layers of tulle which makes each dress look and feel very full!!
